INDUSTRY Regulators Clear Amazon's Purchase of Satellite Operator Globalstar

The Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday approved Amazon's roughly $11 billion takeover of Globalstar, removing a key US hurdle for a deal that hands Amazon's satellite unit licensed spectrum and the network behind Apple's Emergency SOS feature.
